QUALITY ASSURANCE

Bi-monthly visits will be paid to the customer to ensure quality services.

  • Every Three months, a detailed monitor will be carried out at different points of networks, inclusive of all “Point of Presence” to thoroughly certify that no performance degradation has occurred at any level in the network.
  • Reliability and stability of power supply and electrical grounding is very critical for the entire network. However If any such incidence is found, immediate remedial measure will be taken to avoid any disruption in online connectivity.
